We are excited to welcome Kothes as a new client, following our acquisition of former Bega IT provider - iTe.
Kothes principal Peter Mann said they were excited to have 24-hour IT support available for Kothes staff and other businesses in the region. Mr Mann said the way businesses operated had changed due to more flexible work arrangements with staff.
“As such, there is an ever-increasing need for IT support out of traditional business hours to ensure businesses can continue running profitably no matter what time of day it is.
“Regional-based IT support is generally only available between 9am and 5pm weekdays. It is fantastic to have Strategic Group in this area to meet the ever increasing demand for IT support outside these hours,” he said.
Our CEO, Chris Boswell said retaining the local knowledge and capabilities of iTe staff was an integral part of Strategic Group’s move into the Bega Valley and South Coast.
“Our service approach is personalised and thorough. We have big city capabilities with a regional mentality and retaining local iTe staff as we move into Bega and Eden is a key component of this.
“Our approach is to work in partnership with our clients to understand their business so that we can grow together, developing capabilities and efficiency along the way. Importantly, we don’t have a big city price tag.”
