Based in Sydney with clients across Australia, accounting firm Hill Rogers Spencer Steer (HRSS) is a mid-tier practice with 75 users.
We started working with HRSS when their IT provider at the time closed its doors, leaving HRSS exposed and with no one trusted to turn to.
After getting to know the HRSS team, we found that their IT support costs had rocketed, they were experiencing poor performance (slow speed and regular outages) and did not have technology that enabled them to work offsite in real-time.
Within the first twelve months, we had worked with HRSS to halve their IT support costs. Fast forward 3 years and HRSS are now using our Cloud platform – VAULT to support their need for large teams to work offsite.
Director of HRSS, Gary Mottau said that in order to meet the growing demand for their auditing services, HRSS required a technology platform that enabled the team to easily transition between HRSS and client offices.
